Leads Manager
Capture every enquiry, answer it in seconds, and chase it until it's won.
Leads Manager turns every enquiry — from WhatsApp, email, a phone call or your website form — into a tracked lead that gets answered in seconds and chased until someone acts on it. This guide covers the pieces you set up once, and how they fit together.
The quickest path to live
Sources — “how they heard about us”
Your source list is the set of options every lead is tagged with (Website, Instagram, Referral, a trade show…). Some are detected automatically; you can add your own. Keep the list short and real — it's what your reports break down by, so you can see which channels actually bring work in.
Lines of business & response times
A line of business is a kind of enquiry you handle — “New business”, “Support”, “Activations”. Each line has an owner (and an optional backup), and a response time — your promise for how fast you'll reply. When a lead on that line goes quiet past the response time, Leads Manager chases on your behalf and, if needed, escalates. One line is always the fallback for anything that doesn't fit.
People & ownership
Add your team under People — name, WhatsApp and email. Mark the ones who should see every lead and get the Needs Attention alerts as admins. Owners of a line get the new-lead notices for that line.
Getting to “Working”
Once a channel is connected, the capture automation is on, and a first lead has landed, your pipeline shows Working — every enquiry is now captured and chased automatically. From there, your team works leads from the pipeline: find the ones assigned to you, say “I'm on it”, and move each one forward or hand it over.
